Opening Your Heart
Do you want to strengthen your relationships in all areas of your life? Are you getting everything you want? Are you emotionally available to yourself – to others? Perhaps you have been looking for the ideal partner only to discover roadblocks of disappointment? Understanding the difference between really desiring something and actually being ready to release resistance and be open to love and loving with intention is the foundation of this course. In this vigorous seven-week course you will begin to unearth the obstacles in your game of life by digging deeper into self-discovery and opening your heart.
If you have been showing up as an accidental tourist, with a lot of roadblocks, detours and heavy construction in the game of life and are serious about making changes in your life, this course is a wonderful opportunity! Coach Darla and participants of this class will hold your vision of who you are becoming, as you make new choices and pursue your objectives. Snacks, refreshments and materials provided for all gatherings. Follow up phone coaching session included.

Goddess 101: For Women Only!
This FUN class is all about YOU! If you are "lights out" and your confidence is at a low ebb, turn those lights back on and join in this fun class of discovery – the discovery of feminine empowerment! By changing your perspective, learning new strategies and gaining new insight, you begin the process of re-creating the beautiful and fantabulous flower you are. Get into the driver’s seat of flirtation, fun and confidence while journeying down the road of life. You will love life again with a newly discovered confidence, gratitude and joy!
